About Us

At the Las Vegas Overdose Prevention Point Project, we believe everyone in Las Vegas should have easy access to education, resources, and tools to prevent overdoses. This includes our residents, visitors, and tourists. When we say easy access, what we mean is that the overdose reversal medication, naloxone (Narcan), should be available where we live, work, eat, and gather. We shouldn’t have to go to a medical center or pharmacy to get this medication, it should be available at our casinos, corner stores, tattoo shops, bars, and diners. Join us in our goal of zero overdoses in Las Vegas.

Naloxone Training

Want to learn how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose? We’ve partnered with our friends and fellow nonprofit, End Overdose, to produce these short training videos. Want more education? View upcoming overdose prevention classes at training.forrecovery.org
